THE ART OF DYING .

" ALL GOOD THINGS MUST PASS ".

As living mortal creatures, we all must face the reality that we all have to die; Life, Death and Taxes we all must endure.

On a personal level, I am facing a coming surgical operation and my surgeon has "warned" me that there exists a chance that I may not survive this operation due to my age and my prior medical history. I told him that I am prepared and do not fear death . I have physically died twice in the past and remember the experiences to this day and was brought back to life to complete my journey. Perhaps this 3rd time I may not be so lucky??

Therefore, I have decided to write this Blogg and express my thoughts and knowledge on " The art of Dying".

According to The Tibetian Book of the Dead, after our passing our Soul remains Earthbound for a period of 49 days before moving on to the next incarnation. During this time the Soul faces Judgement Day and will be judged on the Good and Bad deeds it has committed during its prior incarnation.
The next incarnation may be back on the 3 dimensional Earth or within a higher or lower dimensional Earth; this all depends on the deeds/lessons learned during the past life.

Life is Eternal and we are all connected within the matrix of matter and energy; Life brings Death and Death brings Life.

As one approaches death, one needs to "forgive" all our tresspassess and those that tresspass against us; but most importantly we must forgive ourselves. We all make mistakes and we learn from these mistakes, no-one lives a " perfect life"; for even The Pope has skeletons in his closet.

We should have "no regrets" upon our deathbed, for as individuals the choices we made in our life determine the contents of our journey. Often our journey has been diverted by other external forces beyond our control and yet perhaps these "unplanned" experiences has also taught us valueable lessons.?

From birth we have all dreamed of living the "perfect life" and yet reality often shows us how "imperfect" life can be at times.
We should never fear death and with an understanding of The Art of Dying, we can pass from this world into the next without fear or trauma.
Those we are leaving behind should " allow" the passing to be within an environment of Love and Light; setting the Spirit free from the chains of this physical world.

As Nelson Mandala lies in a Sth African hospital dying, many "selfish" human beings pray for a recovery from his illness. The man is 94 and his time is coming to an end and his Spirit wishes for Freedon from his sick physical body. The Collective Consciousness of those praying for his recovery are actually delaying his departure and imprisoning his Spirit in a dying physical body. Its time to "let go" and allow this great man to die with dignity and to die in peace. Humanity imprisoned his physical body for 27 years, so please dont imprison his Soul/Spirit for one second longer.

"In my time of Dying, I shall thank my Creator for the joyfull experience upon Earth and shall radiate Love and Light to all those I leave behind."

  1. Some very lovely words there, Brian. The only thing I disagree with is the title.

I will not pray, but I do hope your physical journey is not yet over.

Let's go to Batemans Bay! :)
